General Admission Ticket Procedures
For your safety, with numerous construction projects on Ford Thunder Alley, there will be no overnight camping or early line up on AMALIE Arena property before 9:00am.
Beginning at 9:00am, AMALIE Arena staff will begin handing out a numbered wristband to indicate your place in line. Guests that receive a numbered wristband do not need to stay on site all day and are encouraged to leave and come back at 5:00pm. Fans must show their General Admission Floor ticket to receive a wristband (no screenshots) and guests may not pick up a wristband for anyone else.
AMALIE Arena staff will only hand out a limited number of “line-up” wristbands. The number on your wristband indicates your place in line.
At 5:00pm, General Admission ticketholders will line up in numerical order outside of the Ashley VIP Lounge Doors
If you do not receive a numbered wristband, we encourage you to wait until 5:00pm to line up in order of arrival behind the numbered wristbands guests.
GA Doors may open before scheduled show doors. If you return after your number has entered, you will proceed to the back of the line.
