What a line up! The biggest names in freestyle music will come together along with your favorite 90s throwback artists for one huge night of live music at Tampa’s AMALIE Arena on Friday, August 20 at 7:30 PM.
This year’s lineup is stellar and includes Female Pop Sensation Exposé, The King of Freestyle Stevie B. and The Queen of Freestyle Lisa Lisa. Also on stage fans will see Latin freestyle sensations George Lamond, TKA K7 and throwback icons Montell Jordan, Tag Team, 69 Boyz, Debbie Deb, Trinere and Pretty Poison all showcasing their biggest rhythmic dance hits during the FREESTYLE EXPLOSION THROWBACK JAM Concert. This lineup influenced the 80s and 90s with their style and pop, dance and club music of which remains widely popular and in rotation with today’s hits.
Singer, songwriter and producer STEVIE B., who was influential in the Latin freestyle music scene of the late 80s, is best known for his No. 1 ballad “Because I Love You” as well as party jams “Spring Love” and “Party Your Body” and other hits “I Wanna Be The One” and “Dreaming of Love."
Lisa Lisa rose to fame with the certified Gold single, “I Wonder If I Take You Home,” which was released along with her band Cult Jam and huge follow up hits such as “Can You Feel The Beat,” "Head To Toe,” “Lost In Emotion” and the smash ballad "All Cried Out.”
American vocal group, Exposé achieved much of their success in the late 80s and early 90s when they became the first group to have four Top Ten hits on the Billboard Hot 100 chart from their debut album including their No. 1 single “Seasons Change.” Their other major hits include “Point of No Return,” “Come Go With Me,” “Let Me Be the One,” “Seasons Change” and “Exposed To Love.”

As our partners at Water Street Tampa continue to develop the 60 contiguous acres in the neighborhood surrounding AMALIE Arena, we ask for your patience and consideration when planning your visit to cheer on the Lightning or enjoy a concert or family show. We are pleased to report that the development project is well underway with a hotel and USF Health's Morsani College of Medicine in the midst of construction while we expect to see groundbreakings on several other projects. Roadways are being realigned, traffic patterns are changing and new transportation options are emerging - all with a vision of creating a more user-friendly environment in the blocks surrounding AMALIE Arena.
As you plan your trip downtown, we aim to keep you informed of these new developments, offering you all you need to know about arriving at AMALIE safe and on time for your event.

Prohibited Items + Camera Policy
The following items cannot be brought into AMALIE Arena events:
- Bags larger than 12x12x12 inches, backpacks or wrapped packages
- Small "point and click" cameras are permitted, and all other cameras are prohibited. Video and audio recording devices and camera bags are also prohibited.
- Binoculars are permitted. Binocular bags are not permitted
- Laser pointers
- Weapons of any kind
- Bottles, cans, or containers of any kind
- Sharp objects, sticks or poles of any kind
- Pepper spray or mace
- Food or beverage items
- Drugs or controlled substances
- Chairs, folding chairs or any other type of individual chair for use
- Large banners or signs, banners or signs with objectionable language, banners or signs on a pole of any kind
- Noisemakers and horns
